| Kaushal Mehta |
Kaushal
Mehta is the Founder & CEO
of Motif, Inc. He is
responsible for advancing
Motif's vision to deliver
'intelligent outsourcing'
solutions to Motif's clients
and partners. He leads a
dynamic leadership team with
deep experience in
outsourcing, technology
innovation and operational
excellence that consistently
delivers Customer. He
founded Motif in 2000, and
leads Motif's client
commitment, while spending
time mentoring and
developing Motif’s leaders.
Kaushal is also the driving
force behind Motif's many
community programs,
including the Annual Motif
Charity Walk, events for
under-privileged children,
and blood donation drives.
Kaushal has a strong
background in outsourcing,
process definition and
re-engineering, sales and
strategic marketing. Before
returning to India, he spent
ten years in the USA where
he worked with companies
such as Sun Microsystems,
LSI Logic, and Vadem.
Kaushal graduated with a
Masters degree in Electrical
Engineering from The
University of Texas, Austin.
He also holds an MBA from
San Jose State University. |

| Rohit Desai |

| Mr. Desai has more than 35 years of investment experience. Prior to forming Desai Capital Management Inc. in 1984, Mr. Desai managed an equity-linked investment fund for Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, an affiliate of J.P Morgan. During his 20 year tenure at Morgan Guaranty, Mr. Desai was responsible for the alternative investments program, which encompassed public convertible venture capital, real estate and natural resources securities. |

| Amit Shah |
Amit Shah, Chairman, Anthileon Capital/Artiman Ventures, focuses on early stage technology investments. As a Partner of Artiman Ventures, he is currently on the boards of Auryn, Sierra Design Automation, NetDevices, InvenSense, SiOptical and Zyme.
Prior to founding Artiman Ventures, Amit gained technology investment experience as a General Partner of Anthelion I & II, a seed stage venture fund. He also worked as VP of New Markets and Technologies for Cisco Systems' Business Development and Alliances Group. Prior to this, he founded and was CEO of PipeLinks, Inc., acquired by Cisco (1998). Preceding PipeLinks, he founded ZeitNet, a networking systems company which was then acquired by Cabletron (1996).
