| Business Process Mapping |
Outsourcing of any services requires deep understanding of the processes and the challenges associated with outsourcing, defining the expectations from the engagement between the client and the provider, and developing relationship structures and efficient contracts for its success and effective return on investment.
Motif has developed a Business Process Mapping methodology that uses the consultative approach right from understanding business processes, to establishing service level agreements and performance expectations with the client. The Process Mapping involves the expertise of Motif's senior management from Operations, Business Development, Training, and IT and client's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
