“I wanted to share these results with the team. This is our survey we send to random customers after they have an interaction with Customer Support.

Two important things I wanted to point out: one, our 2009 positive score is averaging much higher than 2008; and two, specifically in September, our positive score went from 35 to 40 percent (from 2008 to 2009), and our negative score went from 25 to 21 percent. Achieved during our busiest month ever, that is quite a feat. Since most of these surveys are taken by customers that have only had an interaction with Motif agents, it’s a great reflection on the team’s dedication and commitment to both high quality and timely responses. “I just wanted to give a very positive shout-out to the India Motif bug specialists and team. They have been doing an EXCELLENT job of sending bug reports to our technical team. They use the correct template, include all the required information, do robust due diligence prior to sending it to us, and obviously take an appropriate amount of time to really drill-down and vet the issue.
