- Design a suitable hierarchy of cost or profit centers
- Implement and monitor a comprehensive costing system to collect relevant costs business verticals wise
- Resolve all issues relating to allocation, apportionment and absorption of all overheads
- To prepare periodic performance reports for each business vertical
- To furnish relevant data for preparing annual budget and other medium and long term business forecasts
- To develop tools to help management in pricing and profitability analysis.
- To advise in designing or improving monthly MIS
- To provide all relevant information to aid the management in all strategic and operational issues
