Job Description
  • Handle voucher entries
  • Responsible to handle foreign currency transactions
  • Prepare and check of monthly statutory payments like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS
  • Prepare the annual return and form no.16/16A/16AA and reconciliation for TDS-salary, contractor and consultant
  • Handle day to day contact with the bank
  • Interact with employees and solve their issues relating to pay slips, salary breakup and income tax on the salary
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for STPI
  • Handle the work for Service Tax and STPI import and indigenous approval and to verify the application form for getting the approval for CG imports
  • Handle custom/excise work for getting duty free goods
  • Prepare the invoice and PO for exports sales
  • Check and finalize the monthly payroll. Prepare the bank statements of monthly salary transferred to employee accounts through bank
  • Assist in bank accounting & finalize the books. Prepare and update fixed assets register and verify the same bi-annually with our internal auditor
Job Qualification
B.Com/M.Com with specialization in Accounts
Competency Requirements
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent skills in MS Office & knowledge of operating accounting software, tally 9
  • Knowledge of internet browsing
  • Knowledge of current developments in taxation laws and accounting standards
  • Ability to work under high pressure and have an eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of accounts, taxation and statutory compliance
  • Willing to work extended/flexible hours
