There is a significant amount of valuable data available on the internet that is underutilized because it is widely dispersed and not in a readily accessible format. Making this data useable is quite labor intensive. We have significant experience researching, scrubbing, and then analyzing this data – and developing tools that create process efficiencies. Client examples include:
- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking: For a major internet company, we scrub and analyze inventory data and provide benchmarking versus key competitors. We advised our client on the project design, which resulted in an 80% cost savings over the original plan.
- Key opinion leader research: For a pharmaceutical client, we reduced the time required to develop detailed key opinion leader profiles by 75%.
