Motif is one of the few BPO companies whose delivery center in India has achieved the internationally recognized ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification (an upgrade of BS 7799 security standard). ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is a standard specified for ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) which allows senior management to monitor and control information security, minimize residual business risk and ensure that security continues to fulfill corporate, customer and legal requirements.
The certification endorses Motif’s ISMS for back office transaction processing services, personalized customer support services and support functions including IT support, operations including training and quality, software development, human resources, finance and administration. |
