Motif organized a Christmas Day celebration for the under privileged children of Ahmedabad. Motif employees organized an interactive cultural and entertaining evening for these children which included songs, dance and a magic show. This was followed by a group supper and distribution of gifts by Santa Claus. The company and its employees contributed to the cause. The event was organized with the help of Manav Sadhna - an NGO working towards the upliftment of under privileged children of the city.

Fifteen percent of the two hundred and fifty Motif employees donated approximately 16 liters of blood at a blood donation camp organized at Motif premises by Prathama Blood Center on April 23, 2003. This will help to save about 80 lives.

Motif organized the Motif Charity Walk 2003 which was held on Sunday, February 9, 2003. The funds collected from the participants were donated to Saath, a non-government organization that works towards the health and education of children living in the slums of Ahmedabad.
