Motif organized a Christmas Day celebration for the under privileged children of Ahmedabad. Over 150 Motif employees participated in an interactive and entertaining evening with the 500+ children. This was followed by a group supper and distribution of gifts by Santa Claus. The company and its employees contributed to the cause. The event was organized with the help of Manav Sadhna - an NGO working towards the upliftment of under privileged children of the city.

Motif organized the Annual Motif Charity Walk 2004 which was held on Sunday, February 8, 2004. The funds were collected from participants and sponsors. Motif matched the funds collected from participants. The a part of the collection was donated to Sneh Prayas (www.snehprayas.org), a non-government organization that works toward the health and education of children living in the slums of Ahmedabad and a part was donated to Manav Sadhna (www.manavsadhna.org ), a non-government organization that works toward the upliftment of underprivileged children of Ahmedabad.

Twenty percent of the three hundred and fifty Motif employees donated approximately 29 liters of blood at a blood donation camp organized at Motif premises by Prathama Blood Center on January 8, 2004. This will help to save about 150 lives.
