The revenue of the Philippines BPO (business process outsourcing) in 2007 posted at $5 billion, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) disclosed. The annual report from DTI indicates that the revenue of the country's outsourcing industry grew from $3.5 billion in 2006. Currently, the country's global leading in the outsourcing employs a total of 320,000 workers, which is higher compared in 2006 with a total of 235,000 employees. Read more... |

| Motif organizes its prestigious 6th Annual Charity Walk – 2008 |

On Sunday, 3rd February, 2008, Motif held its 6th Annual Motif Charity Walk – 2008. Around 3,000 citizens of Ahmedabad came together in the early morning on this cold winter day to participate. This annual event is close to Motif’s heart and instills a great sense of pride in its employees, all of whom volunteer to help organize and execute it. This year, the two identified beneficiaries were Manav Sadhna and Pratham Ahmedabad Education Initiative. This year’s walk was a roaring success, with a record collection of Rs. 17.52 lacs (US$ 44,509). |
