| Chris Meneze - President and CEO |
|
Chris is responsible for advancing Motif's vision to deliver 'intelligent outsourcing' solutions to Motif's clients and partners. He leads a dynamic leadership team with deep experience in outsourcing, technology innovation and operational excellence that consistently delivers Customer Delight.
Chris has a strong background in strategy development and implementation, finance, business process and supply chain re-engineering and IT and BPO outsourcing. Prior to Motif, Chris held executive and leadership positions at Infosys, nSight and KPMG. He is a regular speaker at industry events, and has the honor of being on the distinguished panel of judges for the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Achievement Unlimited Award for a term of two years.
Chris holds a Masters of Business degree, Post Graduate studies in Purchasing in Materials Management and a Master of Science, 1 Class from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

| Robert Kaplan - Advisor |
|
Bob is the former CEO of Motif, and is currently ‘Advisor to the Board’.
Bob brings to Motif his breadth of expertise, spanning across the areas of strategy development and implementation, organizational effectiveness, and information systems and technology, as well as his rich experiences of over 30 years a management consultant, senior executive, and board member. He led the information technology and systems practice at McKinsey & Company from 1985-1995, and since leaving McKinsey has worked extensively with CEOs across the technology, financial services, and utilities industries.
Bob received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He received his BA from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude with honors in economics. He also completed all requirements, except dissertation, for a PhD in computers and information systems, at Stanford University.

| Kaushal Mehta - Founder & Senior Vice President, Customer Advocacy |
|
Kaushal heads worldwide sales and customer engagement and is responsible for instilling and driving the 'Customer Delight' DNA of Motif. He founded Motif in 2000, and leads Motif's client commitment, while spending time mentoring and developing Motif’s leaders. Kaushal is also the driving force behind Motif's many community programs, including the Annual Motif Charity Walk, events for under-privileged children, and blood donation drives.
Kaushal has a strong background in outsourcing, process definition and re-engineering, sales and strategic marketing. Before returning to India, he spent ten years in the USA where he worked with companies such as Sun Microsystems, LSI Logic, and Vadem.
Kaushal graduated with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas, Austin. He also holds an MBA from San Jose State University.

| Srinivas Uppaluri - Global Head of Marketing |
|
Srini guides the organization on strategic changes, including leveraging the potential of technology for strategic advantage.
Prior to Motif, Srini worked with Infosys as Global Head of Marketing and was responsible for developing and communicating Infosys vision and strategy through positioning, branding and associated marketing campaigns. Srini also worked with Andersen Business Consulting and Price Waterhouse Coopers, and has guided several organizations ranging from global corporations, governments, trade missions, public sector companies, privately held companies and aid agencies to successfully introduce and institutionalize change.
Srini graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and is a certified Chartered Accountant.

| Puranika Narayana Bhatta - Senior Vice President, Finance |
|
Bhatta leads the Finance team at Motif, and is responsible for implementing financial processes, controls and systems to provide financial clarity at all levels of the organization.
Prior to Motif, Bhatta was Head of Finance at Exilant , a software technology company. He also spent a number of years at Infosys in various senior positions in sales, engagement management and project delivery.
Bhatta holds post-graduate qualifications in Finance from IIM Calcutta and a Bachelor of Engineering from IIT Bombay. He is also a well recognized and frequent contributor to newspaper articles on various financial topics.

| Richard S. Van Pelt - Vice President, Training and Knowledge Management |
|
Richard moved from the US to India and is responsible for knowledge transition, definition and training. He also leads Motif University where he prepares and develops future Motif managers.
Richard has an extensive training background having held senior training positions at PRC and AT&T. He was instrumental in setting up call centers in Florida and conducting training during which time he was awarded ‘Trainer of the Quarter’ for three consecutive quarters.
Richard graduated with a BA in Communications and a BS in Management Science from New York University.

| P.V. Subramanian
- Vice President, Quality, Transformation & Training |
|
As Head of Quality, Transformation and Training, PV is responsible for integrating transactional quality, continuous improvement and training to deliver service excellence.
Prior to Motif, he worked for GECIS, Scope International (Standard Chartered BPO), WNS Global Services, Inventurus and Franklin Templeton, invarious areas of Training, Quality, Transition and Operations.
PV is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has mentored multimillion dollar Six Sigma Projects, and trained several hundred people in the Green Belt curriculum around the world.

| Dr. Nirja Sharma – Vice President, Human Resources |
|
Nirja leads the HR team and is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies and policies that enable Motif to attract, retain, and develop the best talent.
Nirja's deep HR experience spans both the private and public sectors across manufacturing, financial services and information technology industries. She has held a variety of leadership positions with CMC Ltd. (a TATA group enterprise).
Nirja was awarded a Doctorate in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. She also has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Allahabad University, India.

| Alan Mills - Vice President, Technology |
|
Alan heads the Technology function at Motif, and is responsible for the strategy and implementation of technology initiatives.
Alan has a strong background in ITO and BPO combined with a emphasis on Business Process Management.
Prior to Motif, Alan has worked with Augmentum, e4e, Clear Technology, J.D. Edwards and GEAC in a variety of sales, strategy and management roles.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Systems Analysis from Bristol, England.
